Please read these terms carefully before using the HyperDEF Cybersecurity Health Check.
1. Informational purpose only
The HyperDEF Cybersecurity Health Check (the “Service”) is provided for general informational purposes only. It is designed to give your organisation a high-level indication of its cybersecurity maturity based on the information you supply.
2. Not an audit or certification
The Service does not constitute a formal security audit, certification, accreditation, or guarantee of security. It is not a substitute for a comprehensive, independent assessment carried out by a qualified professional.
3. Advisory recommendations
Any findings, insights, scores, and recommendations generated by the Service are advisory in nature. They are intended to help you prioritise improvements and should be validated against your specific operational, technical, and legal circumstances.
4. Your responsibility
You remain solely responsible for any decisions or actions taken based on the assessment results. You agree to provide accurate and complete information to the best of your knowledge, as the quality of the output depends directly on the accuracy of the information you provide.
5. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HyperDEF Sdn Bhd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or other losses or damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Service or its results.
6. Intellectual property
All content, reports, assessments, methodologies, scoring logic, and related intellectual property made available through the Service belong to HyperDEF Sdn Bhd. Reports generated for your organisation may be used internally for your own purposes but may not be resold or redistributed without written permission.
7. Changes to the service and terms
HyperDEF Sdn Bhd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, and to update these Terms of Use, from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by a new version number, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
